Our Programs
The Central Illinois Continuum of Care works with our broader community and Continuum members to address our local homelessness crisis by partnering with multiple agencies that share our goals. This work aids our neighbors through a variety of programs tailored to individuals’ specific needs.
Street Outreach
Street Outreach activities are designed to meet the immediate needs of people experiencing homelessness in unsheltered locations by connecting them with emergency shelter, housing, or critical services, and by providing urgent, non-facility-based care. Component services generally consist of engagement, case management, emergency health and mental health services, and transportation.
